Responsibilities

• Operating cash register to cash out guests.
• Answering phone, greeting customers, and keeping track of seat availability in restaurants.
• Assisting with bussing and cleaning tables.
• Performing assigned duties in an interruptive environment under frequent time pressures.
• Ensuring the safety and security of employees and customers.
• Other duties as assigned.

Skills

• Ability to: Use cash register systems.
• Read and follow basic instructions.
• Use a telephone; hear and speak clearly.
• Knowledge of: Alcohol awareness.
• Sanitation and health department regulations for safe handling of food.
• Strong work ethic.
• High energy.
• Attention to detail.
• Basic math and computer skills.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or GED equivalent.
• One (1) year of restaurant experience preferred.
• The ability to secure and maintain licensure as required by Virginia Gaming Control Board or any other applicable regulatory entity as may be required to perform assigned duties, or as required by Live’s operating standards.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to: Stand and walk continually throughout a scheduled shift.
• Bend, stoop and reach.
• Carry trash bags weighing up to 25 lbs.
• Use of stairs and elevators.
