Birdsong, a two Michelin-starred restaurant in San Francisco led by Chef Christopher Bleidorn, offers private events that showcase celebrated heritage cuisine rooted in tradition and inspired by the Pacific Northwest.
About The Venue
A full buyout of Birdsong offers exclusive access to the entire restaurant, providing a warm and immersive setting ideal for larger private events. The space features high ceilings, exposed brick walls, and natural wood elements that create a rustic yet refined atmosphere. A central open kitchen with a wood-fired hearth adds both visual appeal and a sensory connection to the food. Soft, ambient lighting enhances the intimate feel while accommodating up to 45 seated guests.
Multi-course menus—available as four- or six-course experiences—highlight fire-driven, whole-ingredient dishes that reflect the region’s seasonal terroir. Beverage pairings, including thoughtfully selected wines, sakes, and zero-proof botanical infusions, are curated to complement each menu and elevate the dining experience.
The Starling Room accommodates 6–10 guests, while the Merlin Room seats up to 20 (or 30 standing). Our experienced private events coordinator works closely with each guest to ensure planning and setup are seamless. Administrative fees are transparently included with no additional gratuity required.
Getting Here
Birdsong is steps from the 7th and Mission BART/Muni station, making it easily accessible by transit. Several Muni bus lines, including the 14 and 49, also service Mission Street.
For drivers, the nearest parking garage is Trinity Place Garage located on Mission Street between 7th and 8th Street (open from 5:30 a.m. to 11:30 p.m.). We do not validate parking. Street parking is very limited. Guests are advised to use ride shares or taxis and allow an extra 15 minutes for parking.
