Restaurant Busser-Part-Time(Bettendorf)

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated individual committed to delivering excellent customer service. This role involves greeting guests promptly, maintaining the cleanliness of the restaurant, and ensuring a pleasant dining experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests in a timely manner upon being seated.
• Maintain side stations and overall cleanliness of the restaurant.
• Monitor guest needs for drink refills and condiment requests.
• Assist with clearing tables and transporting dishes.
• Clean and stock work areas and tables.
• Roll silverware and perform other side work.
• Uphold sanitation standards to ensure restaurant cleanliness.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal communication skills.
• Experience using basic cleaning supplies (broom, dust pan, spray bottle, towel).
• Experience using and cleaning cocktail trays, bus carts, glass & silverware racks, coffee and iced tea makers, juice dispensers, soda dispensers, soda Bag-in-Box system, sharp knives, and lemon slicer.
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred.

Requirements

• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
• Repetitive lifting of up to 15 lbs.
• Ability to stand, lift, bend, push, and twist intermittently.
• Work environment may include smoke, variable temperature, lighting, and noise levels.
