About the Opportunity: The Restaurant Business Partner plays a key role in managing relationships with catering partners on the platform. This position ensures operational reliability and excellent service for partners and customers. The role serves as a consultative liaison, helping partners understand growth opportunities and tailoring strategies to fit their business operations.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with high-level contacts across partner accounts to identify and communicate opportunities.
• Develop strategies that support partner success and platform growth.
• Continuously evaluate and validate operational opportunities using data and feedback.
• Act as a subject matter expert on partner-facing and internal operational metrics.
• Use data analytics to identify trends and propose solutions.
• Present insights to both internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to align efforts and support partner growth.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years experience managing external vendors or accounts; experience in restaurant operations, delivery, or e-commerce logistics preferred.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, Tableau, or Sigma.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven success in achieving shared outcomes through internal and external collaboration.
• Demonstrated active listening and emotional intelligence.
• Proactive problem-solving skills with ability to identify root causes.
• Ability to work independently and cross-functionally in fast-paced environments.
• Willingness to travel up to 5 days per quarter for team events.

Pay

The national total target cash compensation range is $59,000 to $82,000 annually, including base salary and bonus target. Final offers depend on experience, expertise, and region; additional benefits such as equity, 401(k), and medical insurance are not included in this range.
