Essential Duties

• Maintain bar supplies by preparing daily requisitions as necessary.
• Be completely familiar with all types of liquor, recipes, prices of drinks, proper glassware, and garnishes.
• Know drink recipes, prices, and types of beverages available.
• Be familiar with accurate cash handling procedures, including discounting, MICROS system, bank procedures, and tip policies.
• Accurately charge guests for drinks.
• Accurately record all monies.
• Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly.
• Maintain positive guest relations at all times.
• Resolve guest complaints to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Be formally trained in liquor liability within 30 days of employment and every 2 years thereafter.

Pay

$17.00 per hour, plus tips.
