The Restaurant Back Server supports the delivery of an exceptional guest experience. This role involves working closely with the food server team, managing food and ticket organization on the cooking line, and ensuring smooth service flow in a fast-paced environment. Frequent lifting, carrying, and movement are part of the job.

Responsibilities

• Runs food and organizes tickets on the cooking line
• Maintains smooth service flow in a fast-paced environment
• Interacts regularly with both guests and kitchen staff
• Performs light cleaning duties including vacuuming, wiping tables, and cleaning small wares

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of food running experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and organizational skills
• Ability to think quickly and adapt in a constantly changing environment
• Willingness to work weekdays, weekends, and holidays
• Reliable transportation
