About the role

The Restaurant Back Server supports the guest experience by working closely with the food server team. Key responsibilities include running food, organizing tickets on the cooking line, and ensuring smooth service flow in a fast-paced environment. This role involves frequent lifting, carrying, and movement.

Responsibilities

• Runs food from the cooking line to the dining area
• Organizes tickets and prepares orders
• Maintains a smooth service flow
• Assists with light cleaning duties such as vacuuming, wiping tables, and cleaning small wares

Requirements

• Minimum one year of food running experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Ability to think quickly and adapt in a changing environment
• Willingness to work weekdays, weekends, and holidays
