Restaurant Assistant - Queens Center Mall

Responsibilities

• Support overall restaurant cleanliness and guest readiness
• Aid with opening and closing duties
• Help with takeout orders and food expediting
• Restock service and bar items
• Maintain restroom and dining area cleanliness
• Aid with pre-bussing, dishwashing, and prep work
• Follow all food safety and sanitation standards

Qualifications

• Ability to stand and move throughout the entire shift
• Ability to lift and carry 25–50 lbs.
• Efficient in a fast-paced restaurant environment
• Comfort working around kitchen equipment, noise, and varying temperatures
• Team-oriented, dependable, and detail-focused
