What You'll Do
- Lead restaurant operations during assigned shifts.
- Coach, develop, and support crew members and hourly managers.
- Deliver outstanding guest experiences through exceptional customer service.
- Maintain the highest standards for food quality, cleanliness, sanitation, and food safety.
- Help manage labor, food costs, and controllable expenses.
- Ensure safety, security, and company policies are consistently followed.
- Foster a respectful, inclusive, and positive work environment.
- Complete operational and administrative responsibilities accurately and on time.
Leadership Opportunities
- Guest Service Department: Lead the front counter, McCafé, and Drive-Thru teams. Ensure exceptional hospitality and guest satisfaction. Execute promotions and coach service excellence. Organize service operations for speed and efficiency.
- Kitchen Department: Deliver safe, high-quality food quickly and accurately. Control food costs and minimize waste. Train kitchen teams on production procedures and new menu items. Ensure food safety standards are consistently met.
- People Department: Recruit, hire, onboard, and develop great people. Schedule teams to meet operational and business goals. Create an engaging workplace through coaching, recognition, and employee development. Help build future leaders within the organization.

- Restaurant leadership or management experience preferred.
