About the role
Responsible for managing day-to-day operations at Ian’s Pizza Cedar Rapids, including staff supervision, inventory management, and customer service.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and train kitchen and front-of-house staff
- Manage inventory levels and ordering processes
- Ensure food safety and quality standards are met
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints
- Contribute to the overall success of the restaurant
Requirements
- At least 2 years of relevant restaurant management experience
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in fast-paced, high-volume environments
- Knowledge of food service industry best practices
Skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
