Restaurant Assistant Kitchen Manager

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily kitchen operations to ensure excellence in food quality and service
• Manage and develop kitchen staff to maintain high standards of performance
• Drive sales growth through operational efficiency and team leadership
• Uphold company values: accountability, relentless improvement, passion to serve, integrity, respect, and adaptability
• Engage in local community initiatives and support company partnerships (e.g., Second Harvest of Middle Tennessee, ASCAP)

Requirements

• At least 2 years of hands-on restaurant management experience
• Valid driver’s license
• Commitment to friendly service and operational excellence
