As our Restaurant Assistant General Manager, you'll dive into the heart of Cafe Vida's operations. This role is ideal for a high-performing leader, nearing readiness for a General Manager position. As the Assistant General Manager you will partner closely with the Director of Operations, gaining hands-on experience across all areas of the business, while learning company systems, culture, and leadership approach in preparation for further advancement opportunities. You'll focus on customer service and floor supervision, making sure every guest has an exceptional experience. This role isn't bogged down with administrative tasks; instead, you'll be actively engaged with the team and customers, contributing directly to the lively atmosphere of our restaurant.
THE REQUIREMENTS
- 2+ years of experience as an assistant general manager at a restaurant
- Supervision experience
- Customer service experience (preferred)
WORK SCHEDULE & LOCATION
This full-time, onsite role is based in Culver City, CA. You'll need to be available to work weekends, with a goal of 50 hours per week.
