Key Responsibilities

• Greet, seat, and help provide guests with attentive and gracious service.
• Extend a friendly farewell and invite guests to return.
• Project personal personality and enjoy working while maintaining high energy and pace.

Qualifications

• High energy, able to keep up with restaurant pace and team dynamics.
• Dependable with a successful work attendance record.
• Effective listener and communicator.
• Ability to stand or walk for extended periods, reach, lift, bend, and carry heavy objects (up to 40 pounds).
• At least 16 years of age.
• Adhere to Buddy’s uniform policy and standards.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts including nights and weekends.

Physical & Safety Requirements

• Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) provided and required.
• Follow health and safety guidelines.
• Ability to stand or walk for extended periods, reach, lift, bend, and carry 40 pounds.
