Restaurant Administrator - JOEY Manhattan Beach
About the Role
The Restaurant Administrator role is a hands-on junior leadership position for organized individuals who thrive in a dynamic environment and love working with people. Duties
- Manage and support a small but impactful team in the restaurant's office, serving as the go-to person for partners and managers regarding policies, payroll, and administrative processes.
- Help onboard new partners, facilitate training, and ensure team members have everything they need to succeed.
- Support the Operations Team & Business by working closely with the General Manager to implement policies, audit practices, handle partner questions, and manage key operational tasks.
- Maintain records and databases for various administrative responsibilities (invoices, employee records, inventory).
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and labor regulations.
- Address operational issues and troubleshoot to ensure the smooth flow of daily activities.
- Provide administrative support to the management team as needed.
- Perform other duties and projects as assigned.
