About the role

Aids in the day-to-day operations of multiple volume restaurants. Assists in the hiring, training, and management of restaurant staff. Ensures that all necessary supplies are stocked and maintained at the proper levels. Oversees the implementation and adherence to established procedures, record-keeping, and financial controls. Maintains the cleanliness, safety, and sanitation of the restaurant facilities. Promotes a positive relationship between the restaurant and its patrons. Performs other duties as directed.

Responsibilities

  • Selects, trains, and supervises restaurant staff.
  • Maintains operating supplies to standard levels.
  • Administers procedures, record-keeping, and revenue controls.
  • Maintains the cleanliness, safety, and sanitation of the facility.
  • Promotes positive public relations.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • College degree (equivalent experience may substitute).
  • At least two (2) years of relevant experience.
  • Strong food service and training skills.
  • Excellent coaching and supervisory abilities.
  • Ability to motivate staff to provide an enjoyable dining experience.
