About the role

Restaurant Maintenance plays an integral part in keeping the restaurant running smoothly. Their duties provide a clean, safe environment for our Fans and Players.

Responsibilities

• Restrooms
  • Mops floors, clean mop head after each use
  • Dusts/cleans fixtures and ceiling vents, cleans stall doors
  • Cleans trash cans and lines
  • Disinfects changing tables, restock liners
  • Cleans toilet bowls/urinals
  • Restocks paper towels/toilet paper dispensers
  • Scrubs baseboards or cove tiles
  • Cleans stainless steel, polishes all mirrors/chrome
• Dining Room
  • Moves tables and booths - sweeps, deck brushes floors, utilizes proper procedures for all chemicals
  • Cleans under beverage stations
  • Cleans behind bar and washes bar mats
  • High dusts and wipes all woodwork, cleans vents
  • Cleans trash cans and lines
  • Dusts/Windex’s reachable windows and blinds
• Kitchen (if applicable in location)
  • Sweeps, deck brushes, and mops floors (under equipment and shelves)
  • Scrubs FRP and walls
  • Cleans ceiling tiles and vents
• Exterior
  • Deck brushes patio and all entryways
  • Power washes dumpster pad
  • Picks up trash, cigarette butts, scrapes gum
  • Pulls weeds in landscaping
  • Maintains sidewalks and parking lot from ice and snow as needed
• Performs other duties as needed per Coach request

Qualifications

• Stands 100% of the shift
• Lifts and carries weights of up to 50 lbs. during shift
• Frequent bending and stooping
• Works indoors 75%, outdoors 25%
• Works frequently in hot and damp environment
• Frequently immerses hands in water diluted with chemical solutions

Skills

• Ability to write and read the English language
• Good communication skills, friendly, and people oriented
• Enthusiastic, dependable, courteous, able to multitask
• Possess basic math skills
