As a Security Officer – Response, your role will vary depending on the day and special event. Whether it’s customer service, patrols, or surveillance, we need you to adapt with agility and precision.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to our clients.
• Observe, survey, and report activities at the assigned site.
• Respond quickly to critical situations.
• Provide critical access control using screening guests, employees, vendors, and other guests; also screen people upon exiting.
• Provide extra security patrolling the grounds inside and outside of the facility by car, golf cart, and/or foot.
• Provide appropriate badges at the facility.
• Read and write detailed reports.
• Enforce client procedures, regulations, and standards.
• Work proficiently with electronics.
• Maintain vehicles and other assigned equipment; follow proper procedures.
• Hold CPR/AED certification or obtain it within 2 weeks of an offer.

Qualifications

• Ability to multitask and work well under pressure.
• At least 21 years of age or older as required by applicable law or contractual requirements.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• At least 1 year security experience in a fast‑paced environment, or equivalent Military/Law Enforcement experience.
• Valid PILB in hand.
• HS Diploma or GED in hand, or higher degree.
• Ability to obtain CPR/AED certification within 1 week if not already certified.
• U.S. Citizen or Naturalized.

Pay

Competitive hourly wage of $18.01 / Hour (DailyPay is available for GardaWorld employees!)

Schedule

Set schedule: 40-hour work week. Work days to be discussed during the interview. Must be available to work any 7 days of the work week.
Shift 1: Day: 6am-2pm: Workdays to be discussed during the interview.
Shift 3: Swing: 1400 to 2200: Workdays to be discussed during the interview.
Shift 4: Grave: 2200 to 0600: Workdays to be discussed during the interview.
