Response Security Officer

About the role

GardaWorld Security Services is now hiring a Response Security Officer, specifically a Flex Security Guard. The ideal candidate should possess exceptional customer service skills, be able to provide documentation of a High School Diploma or GED, and pass an extensive screening process. The role involves managing access control, performing regular patrols, inspecting security equipment, responding to incidents, and providing first aid.

Responsibilities

• Customer service duties like welcoming, verifying identity, and guiding visitors
• Managing access control
• Performing regular patrols to identify potential risks
• Inspecting security equipment and reporting any maintenance needs
• Responding to incidents, providing first aid, and coordinating with emergency teams
• Answering questions in person or by phone
• Writing incident reports and communicating security concerns

Requirements

• Able to work in the U.S.
• Able to provide documentation of a High School Diploma or GED
• Able to pass an extensive screening process
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Proficient in basic phone & computer skills
• Security, Military, or Law Enforcement experience preferred
• MUST have FL Class D license
• Must be 21 years of age or older with a valid driver's license and clean driving record

Qualifications

• Able to work flexible hours, including 1st (Mornings) and 3rd shift (Overnight)
