About the role

Responsibilities
- Manage client relationships and provide exceptional customer service
- Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, and in-person meetings
- Implement and maintain software solutions to meet client requirements
- Conduct research and analysis to identify areas for improvement in client processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement solutions
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- At least 2 years of experience in IT support or client services
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Qualifications
- Experience with project management tools such as Jira or Trello
- Knowledge of cloud-based solutions and platforms
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Passion for technology and a proactive approach to problem-solving
