About the role

Site Location: Shelbyville, KY

Set schedule: Full-time, Saturday through Wednesday, 2nd Shift, 3 p.m. to 11 p.m.

Pay

Competitive hourly wage of $18.50 (DailyPay available for GardaWorld employees).

Responsibilities

• Monitor the premises to ensure security
• Conduct patrols to spot any suspicious activity
• Control access points and verify identities
• Respond quickly to incidents or potential threats
• Provide excellent customer service while maintaining security
• Write detailed reports on events and incidents
• Collaborate with authorities during serious situations
• Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property

Requirements

• Be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Provide documentation of High School Diploma or GED
• Pass an extensive screening process
• Ability to think quickly and adapt to changing situations
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Security, military, or law enforcement experience is a plus
• State license if required
