About the role

We are seeking a Health and Safety (PRL) Manager for our Bahia Principe Hotels & Resorts complex located in Bávaro, Dominican Republic.

Responsibilities

• Handle administrative and documentation tasks for the Health and Safety (PRL) area.
• Monitor and control work processes to ensure a safe working environment.
• Establish appropriate safety procedures to ensure preventive control of work processes across all areas of the complex.
• Conduct internal audits of Bahia Principe facilities regarding Occupational Risk Prevention.
• Monitor, control, and track the use, distribution, and return of personal protective equipment for employees.
• Actively collaborate with the HR department to improve various work environments.
