Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the operational and commercial aspects of your department, including managing key performance indicators (KPIs), adjusting product assortment, and overseeing supply chain management.
• Motivate and lead your team to achieve their sales and customer service goals.
• Recruit and evaluate your team members.
• Ensure the diversity, health, and presentation of animals in the store.

Requirements

• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of relevant professional experience.
