About the role

We are looking for an organized, reliable, and hands-on individual to oversee the daily operations of our Brugi company stores. This role has clear operational responsibility: a field-based position capable of coordinating store activities and ensuring order, efficiency, and customer care.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily activities across retail locations.
• Support store managers in staff management and operational priorities.
• Oversee product display, restocking, and adherence to company guidelines.
• Monitor sales and store needs, providing simple and timely reports.
• Conduct periodic checks on cleanliness, order, and store presentation standards.
• Serve as the interface with the company for logistics, materials, maintenance, and internal communications.
• Make regular visits to stores, with availability for necessary travel.

Requirements

• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in retail or similar operational roles (preferred).
• Basic knowledge of key IT tools (Excel, management systems, reporting tools).
• Ability to interpret data for business intelligence: identifying issues and proposing practical improvements.
• Willingness to travel between stores for inspections, support, and operational tasks.
