About the role

The BAIOCCO Holding Spa, an active player in the building sector across various sectors, operates innovatively and professionally in the public and private sectors.

The company is seeking a Commissioning Manager with proven experience in cantieristic activities, coordination, and management of resources/activities on the territory focused on civil residential construction (public and private tenders).

Responsibilities

• Organizes the site (site setup, material order, quote comparison, etc.)
• Supervises work on-site (monitoring contractors, safety compliance, production check)
• Predicts routine and extraordinary works
• Monitors site expenses, timelines, etc.
• Prepares monthly accounting records and all technical documentation for the commissioning: tenders, metric computations, progress reports (SAL), price analyses
• Periodically meets with project directors and interfaces with key corporate figures for commissioning issues (payments, orders, site setup, etc.)
• Manages personnel and site logistics
• Reviews ongoing and closing site accounting
• Conducts site inspections for tender competitions
• Handles subcontractors as needed.

Requirements

• Diploma in Geometry or equivalent higher education (Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering/Architecture, Architecture)
• At least 6 years of prior relevant experience
• Good knowledge of software such as Primus, Microsoft Office (especially Excel), AutoCAD, and Outlook
• Excellent managerial, organizational, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
• Seriousness, reliability, and responsibility
• Strong teamwork skills
• Empathetic and communicative skills
• Fierce motivation and determination
• Attention to detail and accuracy

• Discretionary availability to travel to the working location
