Respite/Caregivers

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Rhinelander Schedule: Flexible shifts, 10 to 20 hours per week
• Rhinelander Schedule: 9 hours per week with a flexible schedule. Ok with twice per week or three times per week visits.
• Rhinelander Schedule: 5 hours per week. Evening shift between 5PM-8PM.

Job Responsibilities

For the Youth Mentor position:

• Hang out, mentor, and build positive connections
• Encourage confidence, independence, and social skills
• Provide supervision and supportive guidance
• Participate in community outings and activities
• Create fun, structured experiences
• Provide meaningful 1-on-1 mentorship
• Create an active, engaging environment through games, crafts, recreation, and local adventures

For the Housekeeper position:

• General cleaning and tidying
• Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming the floors
• Clean bathroom/kitchen
• Laundry/change bed linens
• Washing dishes
• Taking out trash
• Maintain a safe, respectful, and supportive environment
• Aid with grocery shopping or grocery pickup

For the Respite Caregiver position:

• Provide one on one supervision and respite care in the home
• Ensure client safety at all times
• Assist with toileting and basic personal needs
• Maintain a calm, supportive, and structured environment
• Engage client in safe, appropriate activities as needed during the shift
• Communicate appropriately and promptly with family and management
