Pay
Pay Range: $19.00 – $20.50 per hour, based on experience and education.
Hiring Bonus:
- $300 for part-time employees after completing 150 clinical hours within 6 months
- $600 for part-time employees after completing 300 clinical hours within 6 months
Additional Pay Incentives: An additional $0.50 up to $2 per hour can be applied for applicable cases.
Schedule
Positions begin part-time with a minimum of 20-25 hours per week required. Opportunity to expand into full-time hours depending on center needs and your availability.
Schedule Needs: Monday–Friday, including overnights and afternoons (2–8 PM).
Location: Canyon Country.

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Genuine love for working with kids
- Reliable transportation
- Experience with behaviors
Responsibilities
- Help kids with daily activities at home and in the community
- Guide them in gaining social, self-help, and independence skills
- Support progress, follow behavior plans, and navigate challenges with patience and care
- Create opportunities for safety, independence, and community involvement
- Track progress, share achievements, and keep families connected
