You will have the independence to work with children without a corporate structure or environment, and will receive support, training, and a team atmosphere with engaged leadership. You will also have access to nanny supplies and tools to increase your professionalism, and will be legally employed with direct deposit pay.
Responsibilities
We are looking for an engaging, child-focused individual who is willing to have fun, play, read, do arts and crafts, and other activities in families' homes. This role requires someone who is proactive and able to "do" rather than just watch.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of childcare or nanny experience
- At least 2-3 childcare references are required
- Reliable and insured transportation to travel to various family homes
- Cell phone with data to accept and record assignments
Part-time schedules are available (12 - 30 hours per week), with weekday afternoons and weekends being our biggest need.

Pay
The pay range for this role is $20 per hour to $22 per hour, with additional sibling care bonuses and guaranteed mileage reimbursements (up to $25 an hour).
Schedule
We offer flexible scheduling, with part-time schedules available (12 - 30 hours per week). Weekday afternoons and weekends are our biggest need.
