About the role
Lead and supervise respiratory care services in an inpatient rehabilitation setting.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate staffing, workflow, and ensure delivery of high-quality, evidence-based care.
- Develop patient care plans, monitor ventilator and oxygen therapy, and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Train, mentor, and collaborate with respiratory therapists and interdisciplinary team members.
- Support a patient-centered culture while fostering growth in leadership and clinical skills.
