Respiratory Therapy Neonatology ADV

Role: Advanced Registered Respiratory Therapist in the Pediatric Respiratory Care Department at a leading academic hospital. Responsibilities Assess and recommend interventions for patients with cardiopulmonary conditions.Administer therapies such as medical gas, aerosol, hyperinflation, and bronchial hygiene treatments.Manage invasive and non-invasive mechanical ventilation.Provide emergency care and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop tailored care plans.Work across specialties including NICU, PICU, pediatric cardiac ICU, transport, and ECMO. Qualifications & Skills Graduate of an accredited Respiratory Care associate degree program.Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) certification by NBRC.Maryland State License and BLS CPR certification.Interest or experience in neonatal/pediatric respiratory care or ECMO preferred. Experience: Minimum of two years of clinical and operational systems competency in respiratory care.
