Respiratory Therapist Temp - Respiratory Therapy - PRN - Shift Varies
This is a temporary experienced Respiratory Therapist (RT) assignment focused on patient care in critical care areas, step-down units, general care areas, and critical care transports.
Assignment details: 13 weeks, renewable once for a total of 26 weeks. Full-time hours with a minimum of 48 hours per week, including rotating weekends. Eligible for shift differential. Limited benefit plan (High Deductible Health Plan only).
Responsibilities
- Provide respiratory care in critical care, step-down, and general care areas.
- Participate in critical care transports.
Requirements
- High School diploma or GED required.
- Licensed by the Alabama State Board of Respiratory Therapy.
- Registered by the National Board for Respiratory Care.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience.
- BLS certification required before the conclusion of the orientation period.
