About the role
LifeLine Respiratory Therapist responsible for delivering high-quality respiratory care to patients across all age groups, from neonates to adolescents.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine and complex respiratory procedures
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
- Communicate effectively
- Ensure patient care meets hospital, departmental, and regulatory standards
- Maintain necessary skills and knowledge to provide safe, effective, and developmentally appropriate care
- Contribute to patient outcomes aligned with high standards of care
Qualifications
- Associate's Degree in Respiratory Therapy (BS preferred)
- Current Florida Respiratory Therapist Licensure
- RRT credential from NRBC
- Graduate of an approved Respiratory Therapy Program
- BLS certification
- PALS certification (or obtain within 120 days)
- NRP certification if working in NICU
- For Lifeline roles: minimum five years' clinical experience and 2000 hours caring for Level II or III neonatal patients required

Pay
$30.64 to $49.02 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
