Respiratory Therapist Team RS

Role: LifeLine Respiratory Therapist responsible for delivering high-quality respiratory care to patients across all age groups, from neonates to adolescents. Responsibilities: Perform routine and complex respiratory procedures, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, communicate effectively, and ensure patient care meets hospital, departmental, and regulatory standards. Maintain necessary skills and knowledge to provide safe, effective, and developmentally appropriate care. Contribute to patient outcomes aligned with high standards of care. Qualifications: Associate’s Degree in Respiratory Therapy (BS preferred), current Florida Respiratory Therapist Licensure, RRT credential from NRBC, graduate of an approved Respiratory Therapy Program, BLS certification, PALS certification (or obtain within 120 days), NRP certification if working in NICU. For Lifeline roles, minimum five years’ clinical experience and 2000 hours caring for Level II or III neonatal patients required.
