About the role
We are now hiring a Respiratory Therapist (RRT or CRT) to join our dynamic team!
Responsibilities
- Evaluate, treat, and care for residents with breathing disorders under the direction of a physician.
- Set up and operate various types of respiratory care equipment for the diagnosis and treatment of respiratory diseases.
- Maintain accurate records and document patient progress.
- Carefully monitor each resident's physiological responses to therapy.
- Ensure compliance with all safety protocols and regulations.
Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience providing direct Respiratory Therapy.
- Current Respiratory License in the state.
- Current and valid CPR/BLS certification.
- Knowledgeable of nursing practices, procedures, terminology, laws, regulations, and guidelines that pertain to long-term care.
Qualifications
- Nice to have: Experience working with multiple residents, experience in an acute care respiratory unit or Skilled Nursing environment, and experience with PointClickCare (PCC).

Pay
Salary Range: $35-$45 per hour
