About the role
We are now hiring a Respiratory Therapist (RRT or CRT) to join our dynamic team. This position is full-time or part-time.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate, treat, and care for residents with breathing disorders under the direction of a physician.
- Set up and operate various types of respiratory care equipment for diagnosis and treatment of respiratory diseases.
- Maintain accurate records and document patient progress.
- Monitor each resident's physiological responses to therapy and adjust treatments accordingly.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and safety protocols.
Requirements
- At least 2-4 years of experience providing direct Respiratory Therapy.
- Current Respiratory License in the state.
- Current and valid CPR/BLS certification.
- Knowledgeable of nursing practices, procedures, terminology, laws, regulations, and guidelines relevant to long-term care.
Qualifications
- Nice to have: Experience working with multiple residents, experience in an acute care respiratory unit or Skilled Nursing environment, and experience with PointClickCare (PCC).

Pay
Salary Range: $41.00 - $45.00 per hour.
