Respiratory Therapist RT
About the role
The Respiratory Therapist – RT position is responsible for administering safe and competent respiratory care as ordered by a physician. Key responsibilities include monitoring mechanical ventilation, administering medications, and completing patient assessments. Additionally, the Respiratory Therapist – RT must understand the implications of hemodynamic monitoring, review blood work results, monitor patient status, and participate in teaching and training.
Responsibilities
- Administer safe and competent respiratory care as ordered by a physician
- Maintain mechanical ventilation
- Administer medications as prescribed
- Complete patient assessments
- Monitor hemodynamic and blood work results
- Participate in teaching and training sessions
Requirements
- Graduate of an AMA approved School of Respiratory Care
- Current credentials as a Respiratory Therapist by the National Board of Respiratory Care
- Current licensure from state licensure agency
- BLS & ACLS certifications required
- One year of respiratory care experience preferred

Pay
$24.23 to $38.77 per hour (plus shift differentials)
Schedule
Days: 7a-7:30p
Nights: 7p-7:30p
Qualifications
Must have +1 years of experience and sign offer letter by June 30th, 2026 to qualify for a 10K sign-on bonus. Salary for the role will depend on several factors, including qualifications, skills, and experience.
