Respiratory Therapist (RT)

Responsibilities
- Provide hands-on respiratory care—nebs, assessments, airway clearance, and more
- Track resident progress and adjust care plans over time
- Partner directly with nursing and physicians to improve outcomes
- Be the respiratory expert in the building
Requirements
- Active state and national RT license in good standing (RRT or CRT)
- Graduate of an AMA-approved respiratory therapy program
- Current BLS (or within 30 days of hire)
- ACLS if working ventilator units (or within 6 months of hire)
- Strong clinical judgment, communication, and the ability to work independently

Schedule
Depends on FT/PRN status; 7 am - 7 pm shifts
About the Role
Setting: Travel between nearby partner facilities
Physical: Frequent walking, standing, reaching, and handling of respiratory equipment throughout the day
