About the role

Deliver complex respiratory care, including medication administration, ventilator management, airway procedures, and patient assessments, primarily in critical care settings.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient education
• Collaborate with healthcare teams
• Ensure safe and quality care
• Promote evidence-based practices
• Support staff and student development

Tasks

• Perform invasive and non-invasive procedures
• Arsenal blood gas analysis
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited respiratory therapy program with at least an associate's degree; bachelor's preferred
• Must hold certifications such as RRT, BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NRP
• Experience of 0-2 years with a minimum of 6 months in critical care
