About the role

The Respiratory Therapist Registered provides expert respiratory care to a diverse patient population across inpatient and outpatient settings, ranging from neonates to adults. Deliver safe, efficient, and compassionate respiratory therapies and diagnostic testing while maintaining equipment, documenting accurately, and collaborating with healthcare teams to optimize patient outcomes.

Requirements

• Associate's degree in Respiratory Therapy from an accredited program.
• Respiratory Care Practitioner license in the state(s) of practice.
• Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) certification by the National Board of Respiratory Care (NBRC) – must be obtained within 6 months of hire.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

Pay

• Shift differentials: $2.10/hr (PM), $3.00/hr (Night), $2.25/hr (Weekend), $3.25/hr (Weekend).
• Variable compensation: $32.73/hour based on experience.

Schedule

• FTE: 0.75 (28 hours per week).
• Shift: 12‑hour night shift (6:30 PM – 7:00 AM).
• Every third weekend includes Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.
• Weekends: some (as indicated).
