Respiratory Therapist - PRN, Days

Join our team as a Registered Respiratory Therapist, providing vital patient assessments, respiratory care procedures, and education for individuals with pulmonary diseases and sleep disorders. Responsibilities Include Performing patient assessments and administering respiratory therapies in adult ICU, medical/surgical units, and NICU.Managing and maintaining respiratory equipment, analyzing blood gases, and assisting with procedures like bronchoscopy and intubation.Monitoring patient progress, ensuring compliance with prescribed therapies, and providing patient education.Participating in cross-training opportunities such as EEGs, PFTs, and NICU care.Contributing to a patient-centered, team-oriented environment with a focus on quality care. Qualifications Include Associates Degree in Respiratory Therapy Sciences.Credentialed as a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) and licensed by the State of Georgia.Current BCLS and ACLS certifications; maintaining all required competencies.Preferred: One year of professional respiratory experience.
