Responsibilities

• Partner with physicians and staff to provide patient-centered care and outstanding service.
• Advance the patient plan of care to achieve the best possible outcomes.
• Provide treatment, care, and evaluation for patients with respiratory insufficiencies.
• Implement conventional ventilation methods and perform duties related to respiratory equipment setup, operation, cleaning, and storage.

Qualifications

• Earned an Associate’s Degree from an accredited respiratory care program.
• Indiana Respiratory Care Practitioner License (RCP).
• Registered by the NBRC or eligible Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT), Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) within 18 months of graduation date or start date.
• Experience working in respiratory therapy and knowledge of treatment modalities.
• Dedication to patient care and expertise in respiratory therapy.
• Tactful and effective communication with patients, staff, physicians, and visitors.
• Ability to evaluate and provide exceptional care for patients with respiratory insufficiencies.

Benefits

Benefited position with 36 hours per week, 72 hours biweekly schedule.
