- Respond to rapid response and code situations for critically ill patients
- Collaborate with intensivists and nursing teams
- Accurately document in the EMR and maintain safety and infection-control standards
Qualifications and Skills
- Experience in respiratory therapy, especially in ICU settings
- Knowledge of ventilator management and airway support
- Strong assessment, interpretation, and emergency response skills
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
- Proficiency with digital tools and electronic medical records
