Respiratory Therapist II - Night Shift

We are seeking a Respiratory Therapist II for a night shift role focused on delivering complex respiratory care in a critical care setting. Key responsibilities include: patient assessment, ventilator management, airway care, medication administration, and collaboration with healthcare teams. The role involves educating patients and mentoring staff, ensuring high-quality, safe care while promoting evidence-based practices and performance improvement initiatives. Qualifications: Graduate of an accredited respiratory therapy program with at least 20 quarter hours of science, an associate's degree (bachelor's preferred), and 0-2 years of clinical experience including a minimum of 6 months in critical care. Skills and certifications required: strong communication, critical thinking, and computer skills; Registered Respiratory Therapist credential; Respiratory Care Professional certification; BLS and ACLS certifications. Additional duties: documentation, patient education, supporting a team environment, and complying with organizational policies.
