Respiratory Therapist II, Full-Time Nights

About the role

Provides advanced respiratory care in critical settings, including ventilator management, airway procedures, and medication administration.

Responsibilities

• Perform patient assessments and deliver quality, safe respiratory care
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to plan and implement care
• Educate patients and staff on respiratory therapies and procedures
• Adhere to policies and evidence-based practices
• Support team development and participate in procedures and diagnostic testing
• Promote a positive, safe environment for patients and staff

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in respiratory therapy
• Certification as a Respiratory Care Professional (RCP)
• Current NBRC-RRT credential
• 0-2 years of experience, with at least 6 months in critical care preferred
• Certifications required upon hire: BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NRP
