Scheduled Weekly Hours
.9 FTE - Rotating Day/Night rotation. Every third weekend and rotating holidays
Shift Differentials
- PM – $2.50/hour
- Nights – $4.00/hour
- Weekends - $3.00/hour
Position Details
Earn Up to $30,000 in Bonuses — $15K Sign-On + $15K Relocation
What You’ll Do
Work independently while collaborating across departments to improve patient outcomes
Assess cardiopulmonary status and develop, implement, and evaluate individualized respiratory care plans
Provide education and support to patients and families in outpatient settings
What You’ll Receive
- $15K sign-on bonus for candidates with 2yr+ experience

Qualifications
- Associate degree in Respiratory Therapy
- Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) – National Board for Respiratory Care
- Respiratory Care Practitioner (RCP) – State of Wisconsin
- Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) – within 2 years of hire
- Current Infant-Adult BLS for Healthcare Providers
