About the role
We are seeking a skilled Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) to provide respiratory interventions and patient support in a healthcare facility.
Responsibilities
- Administer respiratory treatments
- Monitor and maintain respiratory equipment
- Assist with patient diagnostics
- Educate patients and families on therapy use
- Collaborate with physicians to implement treatment plans
- Evaluate patient status
- Perform routine procedures for pulmonary conditions such as asthma and COPD
Requirements
- At least one year of recent CRT experience
- CRT credential from the NBRC
- Valid respiratory therapy license
- Current BLS certification
Preferred Qualifications
- ACLS or PALS certifications
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills
- Physical ability to perform necessary tasks
