Respiratory Therapist (CRT)

Responsibilities

• Deliver respiratory interventions, support patients with acute and chronic respiratory conditions
• Administer treatments, monitor equipment, assess patient progress, and educate patients and families on therapy use
• Assist in implementing treatment plans, perform diagnostics, and ensure proper equipment functioning

Qualifications & Skills

• One year of recent CRT experience
• NBRC certification
• Valid state license
• Certified Basic Life Support (BLS)
• PREFERRED: ACLS or PALS certification
• Must possess critical thinking, strong interpersonal, technical, and physical abilities, including the capacity to handle equipment and work under pressure
• Effective communication and sensory skills are essential
