Health care specialist under medical direction of a physician in the assessment, treatment, management, control, diagnostic evaluation, and care of patients of various age groups with deficiencies and abnormalities of the cardiopulmonary system.
Schedule
- 60 hours in a two-week pay period
- 12-hour shifts on the Night shift: 6:00 p.m. – 6:00 a.m.
- Rotating weekends and holidays
- Shift differentials: 10% for PM shift, 17% for night shift
Requirements
- Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) by the NBRC or achieve RRT within one year of hire
- State License in Respiratory Care
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Associate degree or better in Respiratory Therapy
- General Education Diploma (preferred)
Qualifications
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification
- Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Respiratory Care Practitioner license
