Responsibilities
- Provide clinical oversight and guidance to Certified Medical Assistants
- Manage and support patients on Advanced BiPAP ST, AVAPS, IVAPS, ASV
- Auxiliary care for CPAP patients with specialized needs
- Recommend adjustments to PAP settings and create orders in electronic medical records
- Education and coaching of patients on CPAP devices and care
- Identification and addressing of barriers to compliance for advanced PAP machine patients
- Collaboration with providers and escalation of concerns as needed
- Coordination and ordering of CPAP supplies for advanced PAP machines
- Maintenance of accurate patient records and staying current on respiratory therapy practices
Requirements
- Valid Respiratory Therapists (RT) license
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Respiratory Therapist
- Knowledge of respiratory therapy equipment and procedures
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Attention to detail
- BLS certification

Pay
- Full Time position with a salary range of 55-60K
