Responsibilities

• Complete and manage patient accounts
• Work directly with patients and providers to ensure the highest level of care
• Maintain accurate patient documentation
• Communicate openly with your team
• Collaborate with referral sources to ensure a smooth and efficient process for patients
• Navigate complex insurance processes, including verification and prior authorizations

Requirements

• Valid RRT/CRT license and current NM RCP license (Respiratory Therapy student license considered)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to problem-solve in a fast-paced environment
• Critical thinking and adaptability
