Requirements

• Provide direct care to inpatients and outpatients with acute and chronic cardiopulmonary conditions.
• Serve patients across all age groups, from neonates to geriatrics, in a variety of care settings, including acute care, urgent care, sub-acute care, sleep labs, and clinics.
• Utilize critical thinking skills and advanced knowledge to deliver high-quality, independent care.
• Perform a wide range of respiratory therapy duties, ensuring safe, effective, and compassionate care.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support optimal patient outcomes and overall wellness.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated high level of detail orientation to ensure accuracy in care and documentation.
• Proficiency in state-of-the-art office technology, including the Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant tools.
• Able to handle highly confidential and sensitive information with professionalism, tact, discretion, and integrity.
• Capable of working both independently and collaboratively, with adaptability to shifting priorities.
• Strong resourcefulness and problem-solving skills in a dynamic healthcare environment.

Skills

• Certification or registry as a Certified Respiratory Therapy Technician (CRTT) or Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) from a recognized college or technical school.
• One year of experience preferred but not required—new graduates are encouraged to apply!
