Role: Respiratory Therapist Responsibilities Perform comprehensive respiratory assessments and provide high-quality care across acute and chronic settings.Administer oxygen therapy, aerosol treatments, and manage ventilators.Draw and interpret arterial blood gases to evaluate patient respiratory status.Respond effectively to respiratory emergencies to ensure patient safety.Collaborate with physicians and nurses to develop individualized care plans.Educate patients and families on respiratory conditions and proper use of equipment.Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of all procedures and patient interactions. Qualifications & Skills Knowledge of respiratory assessment, treatment modalities, and ventilator management.Excellent communication and teamwork skills to coordinate with healthcare providers.Commitment to compassionate patient care and continuous learning.Experience with advanced respiratory technology is preferred.
